Where is everyone getting the best price on new uncalibrated clutches? I remember in the past seeing tons of posts finding uncalibrated clutches for approx $250.

Do the make new 6 post small pin clutches or is everything large pin?

If I'm understanding it Looks like $400 - chuckball
Part 0746-839

Do they make a small pin version so I don't have to buy weights?

I recently picked one off ebay from Ken sports for 399. It is the large fixed pin type. Don't think they make the small pin any longer, but I could be wrong. It comes with a chart to help calibrate it to whatever you had in you're old clutch

No, they no longer make them but someone may have "new old stock" setting around.... Maybe. I find them on eBay used and take them apart and go over them at home. I try to find them that came off a 440 or 500. Usually don't find stress cracks or bad bushings when they come off of those. Not as much power.

Otherwise, keep checking different places till you score one.

Well, for sure always good to brandy new for the brandy new factor. Calibration is a different story. I bought the 0746-839 clutch from Kens Sports for my 99 ZL600. Stock weights in the old clutch were 48.5 grams. There was a conversion chart that came with the kit, and it called for using 50 gram weights in the new style, which according to the chart, are actually 50.5 grams (why they just dont call them 50.5 is beyond me)

The newer replacement clutches are the fixed pin type, where the weights actually are set screwed to the pins themselves, and centered in the roller by 2 o rings , one under the pins head, the other under the lock nut. The beauty of em, no more bushing maintenance about every 500-1000 miles, although the o rings do create a certain amount of resistance that from doing some research may cause the sled to be a bit jerky when doing slow speed ops, like loading on a trailer. I just went right to the thunder go rings right off the bat, so I can't be certain of that aspect.
I also haven't been able to really find a good selection of weights of this type, either typing in the wrong stuff on the search engines, dunno, I do know there sure aren't as many to choose from as the old small pinned bushedi weights

Bottom line, it works well, was well worth the price, although if you're someone who likes to really fine tune to the tee, you would be better served installing a set of the aftermarket adjustable weights. Where my machine is at, I could probably use a gram less for my setup, but the next lightest cat weight that I myself have been able to find is actually 3 grams lighter, and might throw a wrench into the whole setup. I'll just leave it alone .

If you buy the newer fixed pin clutch, you will need to order 2-3 gram heavier weights to be where you were weight wise because of the new design. So if you were running for example 58 grams before you will need 60's now.
