Beside the obvious graphic differencs there are also differences in suspension tunning. The ZL uses softer rate springs with emulsion shocks. The ZR comes with progressive rate springs and rebuildable floating piston shocks. The engine is the same.
The ZR is more for bump banging and rides better the rougher it gets. The ZL is more tuned for touring and smoother trails. Both are the same exept for suspension calibrations. Both great sleds, congrats on purchase.
