Hi everyone, Im looking to cut holes in my running board so the snow will fall through while im in deep powder. My buddy rides a 2011 M8 and the snow falls right through his running boards. Does anyone know of a reliable way to do this so it will not compromise strength?

Thanks alot.

no snow running boards

do you have the sno pro braces? if not, I would look into some snow eliminator board inserts. relatively cheap, look great, easy to install, no strength issues. if nothing else can get the crossfire ones and cut them shorther.

It's off the footwell area just a little bit but you won't notice it There are angeles on them too so there's plenty of grip on them I talked to the owner of the place threw email and he was really cool with me so I decided to get a pair only charged me 100$ due to it was off season and he had a few pair laying around

No problem guys like I said I haven't installed mine yet just been lazy and with no snow I have no ambition to even go out in the garage and look at my sled there pretty cool looking and I know it will help with the icing up of the foot wells an slipping around plus an added little bit of color to the sled too
