I am having a hard time deciding on a new quad. I took a ride on a 2010 mudpro 700, I liked the quad. I wasen't impressed that it overheated though. I like the 700H1 engine and the mud pro has a softer seat than the other cats. I read they put in 2" of extra foam in them. I chalked up the overheating to be a fluke. I love the bumpers and winch that it has. I am not a fan of the painted plastic, but my prowler has it too, so far so good on that. I am not a mud bog guy, but we are always climbing through some nasty trails, over logs, rocks, and some mud. I like the 4.0 gears and the ability the mud pro has to climb over things. I also rode a Sportsman 850 XP. The motor is so smooth, does't really matter but just had to be noted. The sportsman just fits because I have owned one since 01 with great reliability. My Prowler is my first cat and there is just something about a cat that speaks to me. But, the Polaris has done me well and has to be considered. I know this is a cat site, but I also know I will get great feedback on this. I know the cats belt drive is much better!! I also know there are a few mud pro's that overheat, why? Sounds like the fix is a bigger fuse or circuit breaker. Why would cat send out a quad that overheats? Should I go for a 2010 T-Cat?? I am loving the EFI on my Prowler so I want to go that way instead of a carb. I am looking for a rock solid quad. I think I am looking for a mud pro. Thoughts, I will be looking at 2009 or 2010 model's
