Where you live at I can take a look,
I'm 35 miles south of Detroit.
I have been a snowmobile mechanic for over 25 years.
I have all the parts to fix it.
The bushing that support the oil pump/ waterpump shaft goes bad on these engines.
If you grab the impeller it should have zero side to side or up and down movement,
If it does the bushing is bad. The bushing is number 3 in the pic

I have replaced everything it is all new all bushings and seals there is no movement in the impeller this is what I didn't get why it was still leaking I wasn't sure if it could be coming from some where else I have taken a mirror and looked under I'm almost possible that's where it's leaking

I had the same problem with mine and replaced the ceramic seal in the impeller 2 times and it still would leak. The problem was like snow800 said was the impeller AND the oil pump/water pump gear was wore where it fits on the impeller, the edges where the drive fits onto the impeller were rounded off just enough to let coolant weep through and make you want to pull your hair out. There should be no play (side to side) play in the impellar and impeller drive shaft with No bolt in it.

With the impeller off, grab the shaft sticking out and lift up slighty toward the plugs, then toward the pull start, then toward the clutch.
If this moves at all, the bushing is worn taking out your seals.
Also the impeller itself MUST be replaced.

That rubber thing with a spring on it. Make sure that don't have a hole in it. The seal on the water pumps is the white part on the back of the impeller and the black carbon on the end of that rubber with the spring on it. That seals it up. They put a weep hole on the bottom of the case so if it does leak it runs out of that hole not in the crank case. Check that rubber part with the spring and your shaft play. Thats all it can be if you replaced everything.

Don't forget to replace the rubber coated washer under the bolt that holds on the impeller. #8.
