There were about 17 years ago... just run it how it is with some clutch work. You might be able to scroung up an old pipe and chip if your very lucky. I think you can still get a new pipe from aaen but that will cost more than what the sled is worth.

 

I would try clutching there are some chips available through hiperf engineering in Thief river but I have no idea if they would give any noticeable gains. I would leve it alone and if youwant some improved trail performance try a good clutch setup

 

HPE still has the chips for those things?? wow i figured the chips would be long gone now days

 

yeah I saw some traail and 660' drag chips while searching their website. I don't know if they are still there but they are on the web page

 

that's what i thought! so i bought a 96 zrt 600 last nite to beat on an upgrade! any thoughts on that one!

 

Newer skid and better track to start with.
Then a more aggressive clutching set up, but not too hot or you will hate it on the trails.
