550 Cougar, can you name these wires?

Im trying to figure out why the handwarmers are not working on this 1995 550 cougar, I notice that there are some wires just hanging out. Im hoping that you can help my locate what these wires purposes are.

Picture One: Shows a yellow wire that looks like it should be bolted down to somthing but again just hanging out.

Picture Two: Is this an accessories plug? Would this have anything to do with the handwarmers not working?

Picture 3: A 3 in 1 out plug, anybody know what this is for?

Any help would be great thanks!

I think you are starting at the wrong end.
Start at the warmers and trace the wires back.
Pull the pad off to start, then you can see.
They should join together and go to a switch on the console.
Then track back to a 4 prong, like you found by the chaincase.
Only the one you want will be close to the column.
