I think having 10 psi difference is getting pretty borderline, I would rebuild it if it was mine. The 1000 does run a little lower comp than a 800 HO but if you are testing it at under 3000 ft. elevation I think it is on the low side.
i borrowed a friends compression tester mine was a bit off its more like 115 and 120 ill probably try and get this season out of it i just bought it late last season and only rode it 15 or 20 times. i was also wondering if you can pump these first gen fox floats up because they are fully compressed down just by the weight of the sled or do they need to be rebuilt?
