I have a 2008 700efi h1, march of 2022 dash pod said "Volt and it wan't running very well, I replaced the voltage regulator, and the battery,
it started right up I rode it around the block it would say efi on the dashpod every so often but just for a second then go away,
in november of 2022I tried to start it it would only click like one time when I pushed the start button, I assumed i needed a jump start, but after sitting for a few minutes, I pushed the start button again and it started right up, but while riding it efi was flashing on the dash pod but it was running good with no problems,
now everytime I start it up and ride it flashes efi on my dashpod, but not until I get it up to 20 to 25 mph and go about a quarter of a mile while at idle it does Noy flash efi only when I am riding and get it up to a speed of 20 to 25mph, but it is running perfectly?? anyone else ever had this happen or have a suggestion?
I have also replaced the fuel pump relay and replaced the fuel filter???

There are two models in 2008
700 EFI with the Suzuki engine
700 H1 with a cat engine
Which one do you have ?

.however I talked to an arctic cat mechanic that said mysrctjc cat was built just like a Suzuki engine and automatic transmission and was surprised there wasn't food sort of copyright infringement with Suzuki when arctic cat started building selling yhis engine, what arrvyour suggestions?I just rodebitbugblrtbignifle gor 3or 4 minutes fir putting it in gear and it said efi on yhe dash pod and flashed efi the entire time I rode it for exactly 1 mile, but it's running perfectly just flashing efi could yhe tps sensor be causing this?

First thing we need to find out is what engine you have. Usually EFI flashing means low or high voltage. Low voltage could be your battery is weak. High voltage may mean your voltage regulator/ rectifier is shot.
Arctic cat has licensing agreements in place. For the cat engines.

Can you please do spell checking, I can’t even understand what you’re typing ?

It’s an electrical issue. Did you get the reading?

Sorry about all.of thevtypos in my previous messages I'm typing on a cellphone....Sorry, but I had the battery load tested and it tested out at 330 cranking Amps and the voltage regulator is less than a year old, It shows almost 13 charging volts with engine .running, . It's an aftermarket part, couldn't get one from arctic cat, the place I purchased it from said I can bring it back and they'll test it and order me a new one if neccessary

Almost 13 charging is not enough. Over 14.3 is more the norm. Does it change with lights on vs lights off?

As Catman said , 13 volts is not enough to charge a battery or maintain the voltage your electronics need to see.
