2000 Arctic Cat 300 4x4 revs with little power (limp mode?)

2000 Arctic cat 300 was running fine after I rebuilt the top end but died on me about a month later. The battery was fried and the rectifier/voltage regulator had gone bad. The rectifier and battery were replaced but the bike will not rev very high with power while in gear. It starts right up and idles great but it has very little power when in gear. I've now replaced the battery, rectifier, and CDI. The carb has been rebuilt as well. It seems electrical to me but I'm not that familiar with these atv's and this is my first time troubleshooting one. Seems like it's in some kind of limp mode where it won't rev over a certain RPM. Any thoughts?

Check the outputs from the stator.

I had a similar problem, ended up being a ripped choke diafram
