Is there not 2 screws holding the bank of light sockets onto bezel? Pretty sire they go through to the bezel to hold that in place.

You said 2000 in your title yet you have 2003 in your profile

2003's have a bank of LEDS with a single plug for all. If some don't work, you need to replace assembly

 

It’s a 2000... thanks for reminding me to update that.... nope, no screws. I wouldnt post for something that easy Lol

 

Check the parts diagram
Pay attention to bulb 10, connector 11, screw 13 and bezel 7.

Something like that, yes. I probed the crap out of every possible seam, etc. with my picks. I was able to pop a small plastic plug out of the bottom (there’s two) but there’s nothing behind it. It’s literally one rubber, un-openable unit. Makes no sense at all. There’s like 10-12 lights there... you’d certainly think you’d be able to replace them somehow.
