I just bought an 03 F7 with a new one inch track with studs. I just picked up an arctic cat track I believe off a 05 F7 with 500 miles on it. It is like 1 3/8. How long of studs should I run with this. I don't want to mess up the heat exchangers. Is there as much tunnel clearance on the 03 as opposed to other years? Hopefully someone can help me out.

I have the 1.375" track on my '06 and ran 144 of the 1.450" Woodys Mega Bite studs. the guys from woodys reccomended running at least 144 with tall nuts, 48 double digger plates and 48 single plates on the F7. As for tunnel clearance, it's not an issue if you run this length of stud.
