I ohmed it and it came out to .615 at idle then WOT it was 1.834-1.850, but the throttle bodies arent opening up all the way. So I reached down to were the throttle cable attaches and i turned the throttle bodies until the stopped and then measures the ohms and it came to 1.929. I need some help to where this should be set at.

With the TPS I also like to check for dead spots. To do this you need an analog meter. Then hook it up as if testing the readings at the end points. Then slowly open the throttle and watch the meter. The ohm reading should change gradually and steadily. If it jumps anywhere then you have a dead spot and may need to replace the TPS.
