When the throttle is squeezed quick the sled will die sometimes just stumble and catch up unless the choke is partially out. What will stop this?

Its the throttle safety switch that does that. You can try adjusting the cable. Mine does the same thing but only when flicked really quickly.

On both my kids sleds, I drilled out the pilot to a 45. Got rid of 80% of the stumble. I will drill them out to 50 before next season to completely address the situation. Figured I’d do it incrementally so as not to overshoot.

The stumble is gone I drilled pilot to .055 and installed an adjustable main. Yamaha should be embarrassed.

Greetings,
My sons 2019 200 has the same issue. Thought it might be a kinked fuel line but that didn't fix the issue
A info or pointers on how to drill the pilot jet? I'm assuming you have to take the carb off the machine to get to it?
thanks
