Worn out sliders in 300miles

My 2013 xf 800 sno pro burnt through a belt and it's sliders in under 300 miles! But the funny thing about the sliders was the front was worn out considerably more than the back! Has anyone else had these problems? If so how do I fix this. I will put on ice scratchers to hopefully improve on the longevity of my sliders this coming year. And would bogie wheels help? Any replys will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
