Won't start

Good morning, everyone! I have a 2007 Arctic Cat 700 efi with the Suzuki engine, my atv shows a EC00, EC12 and EC99 codes. It started to bog down with me when I rode it and would die. If I let it sit for about 20 minutes it would start and I could drive it as long as I stayed in the throttle, it would die if I got off the throttle. I replaced the fuel pump and regulator; I also replaced the stator with the crank sensor and that did not fix my issue. I know the EC99 code is start not possible, I checked spark in it and there isn't any. There is also low voltage coming from the crank sensor. The engine turns over strong, but I just have no spark and no power going to the coil from the ecm. I can't tell if I have a bad flywheel, ecm or what. I'm stumped on this, and any help will be greatly appreciated.
