I was just wondering how labor intensive is snorking the intake to the clutch and airbox?? Also is this only needed if running in deep water/mud holes. Also does relocating the radiator block your view when riding ?

Snorkeling is somewhat labor intensive, but I like going out to the garage to work on the Cat. Yes it will take time and patience, but the added power and the knowledge of where your air intake is(instead of guessing) is worth it.

To my experiance the re-located radiator will not block your view

Snorkeling isn't hard, but just takes some time. It took me about 2-3 hours to snorkel my H1, and it was a totally foreign layout for me so I learned along the way. If I had to do it all over again, I could do it in an hour or two.

If you plan on going deep in the water, then you'll need to snorkel your carb vent and diffy vents, dope up your electrical connections with dialectric grease, and go have fun.
