i was driving my 2001 Zr 600 and i came to a stop.. when i tryed to move again smoke came out of the hood and made a high pitch noise.. and it wouldnt move... what did i do???

Motor still running?
Track stuck?
Clutches locked?
Did you just smoke the belt?
Need more info.

Well all the info i have is that it wont move and when i push in the throttle it makes a very high pitch noise and smoke comes out of the hood... now if i try and start it its very had to pull the coil out.

Primary clutch is likely frozen at the point were it is almost fully unloaded. It is still in a bit and grabbing the belt which is why it is hard to pull over but it will not shift out which causes the belt to smoke.
