I broke the tcat again this weekend now my brother is going to port/polish then blueprint, case match, C.C. heads, and I want to make sure to use the best parts to make this sled as bullit proof as possible.
Thanks for the advise.

I have had the best luck so far with OEM Cat pistons. Wiseco's failed at the ring pin and destroyed a cylinder after only 1600 miles.

OEM all the way. OEM is more expensive but worth it. You can usually find good deals on ebay.
I've had problems with wiseco pistons cold seizing in jetskis. I'd think there would be more potential in sleds.

Shadetreepowersports.com oem pistons for your t-cat 58.99ea includes piston, pins and "c" clips wrist pin bearing extra.
