I broke the tcat again this weekend now my brother is going to port/polish then blueprint, case match, C.C. heads, and I want to make sure to use the best parts to make this sled as bullit proof as possible.

OEM all the way. OEM is more expensive but worth it. You can usually find good deals on ebay.
I've had problems with wiseco pistons cold seizing in jetskis. I'd think there would be more potential in sleds.
