I bought mine from Fastzilla (Mike C) as well. He was fantastic to work with. Send him a PM on HCS- altho, I believe he recently posted that he is out of the 40 sets of shims he made for this year....

yeah he is out of them. maybe someone has an extra one around and could trade you a template to make your own?
