Here's one more... Are you using original Arctic Cat slides?
I discovered aftermarket slides are half shot in just a couple rides, totally worn to the limit in no time.
OEM slides seem to last the longest. The plastic is higher density than the aftermarket slides. Aftermarket slides will often use re-cycled plastic in the mix. Lower density plastic means higher wear rates.
