This is some: tight track, bad or missing boggie wheels, High speed on hard pack w/o loose snow for lube, bad track clips or worn out, riding in a sandy or rocky area. I did my new set in this year already with only about 400 miles and i got 1100 miles out out of the same sled last year.????????????
I agree with digitalpro's suggestions of possible causes.
Here's one more... Are you using original Arctic Cat slides?
I discovered aftermarket slides are half shot in just a couple rides, totally worn to the limit in no time.
OEM slides seem to last the longest. The plastic is higher density than the aftermarket slides. Aftermarket slides will often use re-cycled plastic in the mix. Lower density plastic means higher wear rates.
