Anyone know where to order a different size face foam (seal) ???
Mine is a 5/8 now and I want a litle thicker one......

Same deal here. I could not find the TXI foam any place on the web. I went to my local Cat dealer who was able to order a thicker foam for me. I do not remember the thickness though, but it is thicker than what came with the helmet.

That sounds right. You will need to order them from a dealer. They do not show up in any of the Arctic Cat accessory catalogs.

3/4 = 4212-291
5/8 = 4212-292
1/2 = 4212-293
