So we have an artic cat zl 600 efi. And It sucks at least twice the amount of fuel it's supposed. To. We know its electrical or that's what our local small engines mechanic said, but I'm open to all suggestions, everything else runs like a dream. Doesn't run high rpms engine is still pretty clean. Everything. It just sucks so much fuel. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate the input.

I'm not going to lie. I've always been the wrench monkey with a stepdad who wasn't around much to teach me all the the finer deals. Haha. S I'm kinda pissing in the wind trying to learn. I was told to check the fuel compression deal by the fuel whatever. I can't exactly remember. Anyway you could enlighten me on how to do that?

You need a short section of 1/4" fuel line, a T and a pressure gauge.
Connect into the line just before the rail and start it up.
[with it in a stand] Run it up and see that the pressure remains constant through the entire power band.
