To do a track swap you will have to remove the rear suspension, then open up the chaincase and remove the bottom gear so you can drop the driveshaft and cogs out. Then the track will come out and just reverse the procedure when installing. Though since its apart you might as well replace both the driveshaft bearings. While its not an overly difficult job, just more time consuming and a PITA, having an extra set of hands around will help alot too.
