My throttle cable freezes up quite frequently, seems to be at the carb end. Just wondering what the best type of lubricant would be to use - or possibly a de-icer or something?? Any advise?

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

I would take the carb out and clean it. Might be the slide sticking, not the throttle cable. If it's the cable, check where it attaches to the carb. There is a cover there...take it off and hit it with a good carb cleaner to get any gunk that may be in there cleaned out.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll give 'er a shot. I'm pretty sure it is the cable itself Todd, if I hit it with some heat from a hair dryer problem is solved.
