we went out for a 200 mile loop ride this weekend out and around owen sound area up here in ontario. The whole way there the sled ran very well lots of power and no issues. on the way back after the sled had been run for about .5 hour to and hour it started acting like the choke was on at certain times. not always but it was quite frequent. if i slowly throttled into it it would hesitate at around 5000rpm and have no power till i pinned it and it slowly came up to the high rpms but still felt sluggish. then after bout 5 more mintues of riding it would be fine. this would keep happening on and off the whole way home. Anyone know what this could be? or has anyone had this problem. I have checked the plugs they are in really good shape and the carbs were cleaned and tuned this year. Any thought??? surrend

Clean all the connections between the stator and the CDI. Antifreeze gets dripped on them and screws everything up.
