i'm in the process of taking out all my studs to replace them with new ones and there is about 8 or 10 that wont come out no matter what i do. does anyone have some pointers to help me get them out ? i'm about out of ideas , i was thinking about just being really careful and taking a grinder to cut them off .
any help would probably make my day , thanks

take a small propane torch to them and melt the nylock/locktite, they will come off easy, I had to do that to every one on my bros track to get them off. Just hold the torch on an angle so you dont melt the track.

Do not use an angle grinder to cut off studs. You will melt a hole through your track. If you have a cut off wheel on a die grinder, that will work. Just don't heat up the stud by cutting. Then the nut comes right off. A wheel on a dremel type tool would work good also. Cut the end of the stud off. Been there , done that. ZR
