I have check the search and pinned topic area....all info seems to be for the older years up to 1999?

I have 2004 King Cat 900 Carb with a possible bad stator the colors and connectors in Blaines video are not the same?

How do I test this one

i have 03 800 dying whenever it wants
i talked to blaine
he said the 2000 and up use a large wire so the restiance is very low
ours measured .9 on a 200 ohm scale cold and 1 when warm
he said it tests good
ours had a connector with 2 pins 1 turn 90 degrees from the other
we disconnected the large 4 pin for handle bars and ours still shuts off and dies whenever
i have a replacement on the way

There is a fellow who goes by the name of Stator Kev or Stator Kevin. He rewires stators. I can't remember which forum hes on.
