bang your head

Hey gang...great site, New dude here well here it goes.
I bought a new DVX250 cuz my bud has nothing but good to say about his cat. and after a couple of hours i decided to tinker. re routing wires for a nice clean look etc. small stuff....and now it does not want to start could the starter solinoid be backwards?...i am no Einsteine so i was just asking maybe it would turn the engine backwards?

Welcome aboard man. What did you do to get the "clean look"? Some things I would look at are:
1. Fuses
2. Wire that is grounding out against frame
3. Kill switch (stupid thing, but I've heard of it happening before)
4. Do you have spark?
5. Are all of the plugs/harnessing still plugged in?

well the Clean look is nothing more than using zip ties to secure the wires that travel up/ down the frame and etc now everything is straight and CLEAN looking , I checked all the fuses and come to find out the plug that attached the soloinoid to the start switch was not locked tight , after hearing the CLICK and zipping the wire to the bundle Varoooom
