I am looking for a copy of the Arctic Cat Specifications sheet for a 2005 T660 Turbo Touring. This is the 1 page sheet that would be titled:

</div>
Sections would include:
- Engine and Drive
- Carburation
- Chassis
- Miscellany

I have the one for 2006. I want to see the one from 2005 to make sure none of the specs had changed from 2005 to 2006.

I am still looking for the 2005 spec sheet.

I got the spec sheet I was looking for from a member on HCS.

Turns out the specs for the 2005 T660 T/T were closer to the 2004 model posted above, than the 2006 T660 T/T specs I had. I was looking for the spec on the Track Deflection and Drive Belt P/N.

For the record, differences (on the spec sheet) between the 2005 and 2006 T660 Turbo Touring breaks down to the following:

No, the comparison is specifically for the touring models; 2005 to 2006. My curiousity manifests from the fact that when I bought the sled (new), the dealership could not find the manuals that go with the sled (owners manual, spec sheet, safety manual, etc) so they gave me the ones from a 2006 T660 Turbo Touring -- I bought a carried over 2005 T660 Turbo Touring. Until now, I had been using the specs from the 2006 spec sheet, as it was only specs I had on hand until recently when I realized that I should consult the community via posts in this forum.

Most of the differences are interesting but minor. The Track Tension/Deflection is the primary difference I am looking at. In checking assembly diagrams for both years, the same track and front drive is used.

Further confusion is induced from the fact that the 2005 service manual specifies 2 - 2 1/4" deflection for the 136" track, but the spec sheet for the 2005 indicates 1 1/2 - 1 3/4" deflection. So up to now everything I've ever read for the 136" track specified a 2 - 2 1/4" deflection, but the spec sheet for the 2005 specifies less. I am going to have to go with the majority and assume the 2005 spec sheet was incorrect or prematurely defined.

Oh well, I have the track tension set to 2" now and will see how it goes (Still no snow around here), but in the past when the dealership has set the tension the track would ratchet on the front sprocket under heavy load -- and I don't know what spec they were using. It's possible that Arctic Cat decided that the track needed to have less tension in it for 2006 and between the time the spec sheet and service manual were published.

Now I am curious what is on the spec sheet for the 2004 touring models.

You'll probably find minor differences in manuals even on the same model .
my o6 T.T owners manual states oil cap at 3qt , the spec sheet says 2.85 qt and the shop manual states 2.9qt ..
the plug gap in the shop manual is 0.027-0.031 , spec sheet is same as you 0.028-0.031
