There is an 06 sno pro that i can purchase for $2000 that runs and drives great. The down side to it, is the suspension on it is out of an 03 or 04 f7, it doesn't have a seat and its kinda beat up can anyone tell me if this sled is worth the money?

Sheesh! I would run like a deer at 0800 on opening morning of the gun deer season! Spend your money on a sled that is clean, complete and taken care of.
