i need to rebuild the front shock on my 97 ZR440 and am wondering hoe hard it is to rebuild the shocks in the rear skid.

never actually rebuilt one of my shocks myself , but i just ordered a fox clicker for the guy at www.shock-tech.com . its supposed to be more adjustable and it gets rid of that problem of the adjuster knob too . its not terribly expensive and this guy seems pretty good

how expensive was it if you dont mind me asking?

came to a total of $190 shipped with a brand new 170 lb steel spring and retainer. i thought that was pretty reasonable and if you reuse your original spring that'll save you about 25 bucks .
