All, take a look at this pic. Is this normal? All my upper bushings look like this.

Contact ricktherocket on this forum. He has shock bushings and control arm bushings for your machine. RTRcustomfab is his website. I did my 05 300 shock and control arm front and back

Our 06 has low miles and I know they are shot. The upper bushings. I was pretty surprised. It gets used but for work, we don't pound it or trail ride it. I haven't replaced them yet.

The factory ones don’t last. If you are in Canada there are polyurethane ones available here.

I forgot to mention the control arm bushings takes a lot of work to replace. For some reason my 05 urethane bushings started cracking and then the inner sleeve broke away from the urethane. This started wearing the urethane even more and then I had too much play in the arms. I found it odd as my 03 400 bushings are still perfect.

Can you send a pic of the control arm bushings as I don’t know what that is?
