Found this on another side Has anyone ever heard of this?

was able to greatly inprove my engine starts by first making sure the TPS was set correctly and then recalibrating the Idle speed control motor. To do this is really simple. You must first connect the wire under the seat to put the atv in diagnostic mode. Then with the key off press the throttle wide open and hold it, turn the key on wait at least 10 to 15 seconds, turn the key off, then you can release the throttle. Thats all you have to do to recalibrate the I speed control motor. This must be done anytime you adjust your TPS, and I would do it anytime you disconnect your battery. This was a tech tip that i got right from Arctic Cat!!

Great tip. Just fixed my problem of idling too fast, not shifting into gear and hard to start when it heated up. Thanks!
