If you've never ran it through before, I woul probably dump in half a bottle. One bottle does 8-25 gallons. Our tanks are 6.5, so a full bottle is a bit concentrated. If you aren't having any symptoms of anything, I'd still do half a bottle first time through, then 1/4 or less from there on out.
I just bought a can. I had a hard time finding it here in canada but finally did.
Sure sounds like its good stuff but i also have some questions
1= When added to the oil how much do you use and how long do you run the weeler befor changing the oil or do you just leave it in?
2= When used in the gas do you use it in every full tank?
3=What are some of the other atv related uses?
i only use it in the oil if I drown my quad and get water in there. I put some in and let it run for about 30 minutes then drain the oil\filter. In the gas I dont use it for every tank. Only if it is going to sit for a while. You can also use it as a fogger by duming some in the spark plug hole for storage or to get water out if you drown it.
I only use it in every other tankfull and only about 1/8 of a can each time. If it is going to be sitting for an extended period like a month or more I use about 1/4 to 1/2 can to a full tank and then run it till you smell it out the exhaust to be sure it has gotten into the system good. It puts out a certain kind of smell so you know its working. I've used it for 15 years or more with no problems with anything it goes into...
 I just recently started using seafoam put some in each quad's fuel tank put some in the car and truck and filled up fuel cans and put some in each of them as per the instructions on the can
$7.95 at auto parts store in Michigan. Found it a Gander Mountain in the boating section for $4.50 , only problem is that they dont have it all the time. I like it.
I took my air duct off my throttle body and sprayed Sea Foam directly into the throttle body while it was running. Sprayed about 1/2 - 2/3 bottle in there and it ran a lot smoother. Did that in both my Silverado and my Blazer. The Blazer got 2mpg more afterwards.
Just got more "proof" for those wondering about it's capabilities. Just went out to start my ice auger after it's sat since March. I had put Sea Foam in it before putting it away. First pull, she fired right up and idled perfectly. THAT is proof IMO.
Well i finally tried the Sea Foam..Best 5 bucks i have spent in awhile...seems to have smooth out the motor..We will see how it does after a few tank are run thru it... Now just have to figure out a easy way to lube the choke cables..may just give up on them and just hand choke it off the snorkel bang your head
