My son tore up the belt on his 2016 500 efi
He could hear bearings rolling around
Being the first time replacing a belt realized the rollers on the primary were loose. They looked in great condition, put everything back together seemed fine he went out for a ride and could hear the rollers again. Not sure what I did wrong can’t seem to find a video to help me out.

And I'm guessing your talking about the rollers. Their not bearings at all. But some primary's are just noisy period. You need to watch AIRDAM's videos on how to properly put the primary back together. Cause if you don't hold it on the shift correctly the nut might come loose and cause damage. You can also look up his videos on youtube.
