so yesterday i broke the braided cable off the bottom of the ****pit adjuster..i knew i had to rebuild the rear front arm shock anyway but this will just speed things up..anywho im trying to decide if i should keep the adjuster or just go with another shock that doesnt have the ****pit adjuster..any ideas on upgrading the rear shocks would bve great.

I assume you mean the dial adjust??
If so, tying the hoses off x tra carefully is the key to long life. As for the shocks themselves, depending on the year you've got either Fox or ACT shocks, either one with a proper rebuild / service will provide long life and a good ride.

i dont believe they are the ACT but maybe Jeff H,or a couple of the other 440 SP guys could tell me cause i really dont know..i do know however the they are frox..but other then that not much about them.
