HEY , I'M WORKING ON MY 500M THIS WEEKEND GETTING IT READY FOR NEXT WEEKEND.

OK, MY QUESTION IS I WOULD LIKE TO ELIMINATE THE REAR BRAKES. I HAVE TAKEN THE FOOT BRAKE OFF AND I WANT TO TAKE THE HAND BRAKE FOR THE REAR OFF TO. DOES ANYBODY HAVE OR KNOW THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT.

PS. I'M KEEPING ALL THE PARTS. SO IF ONE DAY I WHAT TO PUT THEM BACK ON.

THANK YOU

just my 2c but not a good idea, thinking of crusing and hitting the brakes hard...........ouch.

have to find some way of blocking off line at end or where the splitter is up under handle bars which might be a better bet.

I would somehow cap the brake line for the handle brake lever if you don't want rear brakes iwth that, but I would definitely leave the foot brake as a backup.

use the head of a nail to plug the rear line at the distribution block. cut the nail off about 1/4" from the head (the head must not be able to slide down brake line just cap it) put the nail down the brake line and reconnect the brake line. the pressure forces the nail to plug the line.
