I just bought a 2008 Prowler 650 H1. Rode it about 20 miles and the belt absolutely exploded! Long story short, while replacing the belt, I spread the secondary with the cover bolt and didn't take it out before I put the secondary back on. I tried to remove the bolt after I tightened the nut and it snapped off still stuck in the spreader hole. I have no idea what to do. Any help or suggestions would help greatly. Thanks.

There should be another hole that you can spread the 2ndry with using the 2nd long cover screw. If not, use a wooden wedge. Spread it then use a pair of needle nose to work out the screw that broke.

If you can’t get ahold of it with needle nose pliers you might have to drill it out. I would definitely do it while there is no tension on the bolt. Look for left hand drill bits sometimes those will back a bolt out on its own.
