this is my first post so bare with me,

i have been running into problem 1 after another with this bike.

i rebuilt the top end, web cam and 11:5:1 piston.
after doing this i rebuilt the airbox snorkels due to air restrictions

i have the Dynojet power commander V with the Autotune o2 sensor

have yet to get it perfect. starting can be a bit of a hassle so i bought a 500CCA battery and im looking into a high performance starter due to mine being factory

now for the questions.

  1. with the high performance mods would i need to do anything to the Exhaust / Headers?

  2. has anyone here done anything like this?

  3. high performance ignition coil and starter recommendations?

  4. using a brisk 360 fire plug btw

More air in needs more air out.

yep if you had to modify the air intake then the exhaust is the next restriction.. make sure you follow the directions for the tuner to the letter do not skip anything setting it up or you will just be going in a big circle.. Double check your timing if your a tooth off it can be a bear to start...
