where would be a good power source(ground, positive) for a temp gauge in a 97 zrt?? Would the 2 wires the screw to the back of the tach be a good source..or will the needle for the temp gauge move with the rpms??

You're using an electric gauge? There really isn't a good source for power. You would need a decent rectifier to make it work.

well there is a power, ground and sensor wire!! The sensor wire goes to the sending unit and the power wires have to be hookes up! So will this type of guage not work on my sled?? What type of temp guage do i need and where can i get it??

Some gauges are designed to work off AC voltage. Most automotive ones are designed to work off DC voltage only. Which gauge to you have?
