For all of you with Powder Pros I hear that you need to remove the saddle
to adjust or even put on the Ski?
then reassemble the carbide and saddle?
could you bore a hole through the side of the ski so the bolt
could slide throught the side.
Any Thoughts

You can't no. You'd be taking the entire wing of the ski off. I kind of like it the way it is. No way for the nut to EVER come off the bolt....SAFETY. Takes 2 minutes to adjust stance instead of one.

With studs I run as much carbide as I can...afford :) I run 10" whenever possible.

You can always back off ski pressure. You can't turn on ice with 4" carbide no matter what.
