Had sled for 4 days. Idler wheel fell of on first ride. Overload spring adjuster block fell off on first ride. What will fall off next?

Anyone else have similar problems with this model?

Yes...replace the stupid quick attach bolt with a nut and bolt with nylon lock nut..and never replace it again.

This is not a unique thing...as assembly line products can have "issues" as it passes down the line.

I have had every make of sled out there in modern time and they ALL need to have a good going over when you get them.

Check for loose nuts and screws, quick nuts/press fit connections and all the wiring should be viewed from a "can it rub...then it will rub" perspective...zip tie everything. Also feel free to add skin to the lines that rest on sharp corners, so that the covering can take the abuse and not leave you stranded.

Just the way it is on these machines. Oh, and if you own an ATV you just bought....go over it too.I dunno
