Wiseco is a froged piston. Any others are cast including the OEM factory pistons. If you talk to anyone who knows anything about pistons froged is better than cast.

Well, I don't know anything about pistons but I have always heard that for reliability you should go with OEM pistons where possible.

I also did a google on forged vs cast and found this interesting article.
