Just got back from my holidays, 10 days of waiting for snow. Normally the Haliburton area has more snow than you can handle, not this year bang your head In the 10 years my folks have lived on Maple Lake it has never been wide open at Christmas, it was just starting to freeze when I left. Finally after a few cases of beer and a couple of bottles of rum, it snowed. A whopping 2 inches, so what do I do. Ride it like you stole it.Im sick of waiting for snow, here is a few pics. One of me on the zert, the wife on the 600 I got of Jimster, and my youngest taking grandma for a ride on the 440. Yah I know grandma needs a lid

I hear ya there. I live about 40 miles east of the twin cities. We got about three inches, where the other side had about 6-9 in. It rained all weekened and finally snowed sunday night. The weathermen said my area would have had about 10-14in. if it would of been cold enough. I took the sled out for a ride anyways. :)
