My 650 h1 won't crank.
She tries occasionally and fuel is coming out of the overflow I've completely dismantled the carb and cleaned everything as well as blew it out with compressed air prior to reassembly. I can hear the float moving if I tilt the carb before re installing. As well as verified that the float/seat valve is stopping the fuel flow.

I really think its constantly flooding because of too much fuel but I don't know why.

The electric choke has been removed and manually set and it ran fine for years without it.

Well I figured it out... Timing chain is worn out (again). I don't know if the tensioner failed to extend like it was supposed to or what but its stretched to the point it won't stay in time.

I assume with the valves opening at the wrong time it's blowing fuel back out into the carb.
