Was looking at the noaa's perception of whats going on in the eastern pacific and they see no evidence of El Nino this winter, I hope theyre right!!!
No El Nino this year! Predictions are for above average snowfall and colder, remember 2010? Hee hee

Only job I know of where one can be wrong over 80% of the time and still retain their job (while twisting their afore mentioned “forecast”, and what “changed” since)
