It was an offer extended to Snow check orders. I don't know if it's still available now. Check with your dealer.
You had your choice of a 14" wide 1" lug or a 15" wide 1.25" lug. 14" x1" will allow additional top end, 15" x 1.25" additional bite with slower top end.
