Rode our new f1100 snopro limited for the first time this weekend
Sled was great except...
The non-adjustable fox shock at the rear of the skid is brutally stiff
BRUTAL!

I'm setting this up for my wife And the ride needs to be plush for her
She's gonna hate how stiff that shock is
The front shocks are perfect and the sled corners like a slot car

Are there any shock gurus that y'all trust to rebuild, revalve, upgrade or worst case...
Replace?

Yea, the rear skid shocks on the SPs are REAL stiff. I had 2 shims removed and lighter oil put in my rear shock, it helped a bit, but needs more work. I'm having the front skid shock done now, I'll find out this weekend. For the hell of it, I threw in a rear skid shock I had laying around from a ZR style sno pro, (10 position clicker) it was much softer, but wasn't balanced due to the front shock having the original stiff set-up. I know a guy who has access to a shock dyno, during the off season, I may have him play around with them. I too, like the front Float2s. Found my sweet spot to be 65psi.

Well,I took jd's advice and had a long talk with dale at fett brothers
Really nice guy and extremely informative
Lo and behold he rides a 2012 f1100 AND he weighs 165(same as me)
Says removing the blocks is a bandaid and not a solution
He's been working on his setup all season long and after 6 try's has it perfected
Wants my whole setup
3 air shocks need complete revalve
Center spring has to be replaced with a softer spring and leave the transfer blocks on the sled
$389.00
Needless to say the shocks are coming off and headed to Minnesota
Hope this info helps anybody being brutalized by their procross
I won't know if this setup works for my wife until next season as we are done for the year
